Offshore IT Staffing: Hiring and Working Together

You do. You give us the role requirements, we advertise the role and send you CVs, and we arrange online interviews. You make the final choice.

You set the direction. Day to day, you don’t need to manage each person.

For a team of two or more, we recommend adding a team lead or manager as one of your roles. You choose them in the same way as the rest of the team. They take your priorities, break them into daily tasks, track progress and report back to you. You talk to one person; they work with the rest.

For a single hire, you work directly with that person over video and chat. We provide the office, equipment and administration around your team.

The team lead is an additional role with its own monthly service rate, agreed in writing before you start.

For a short, one-off task, freelancers are often the right choice. Offshore IT staffing suits ongoing work where you need the same people, every day, over months or years.

Offshore IT Staffing: Costs and Setup

You pay two things, and that’s all:

  • One monthly service rate per role. It covers your dedicated team member and the support around them. There is no separate salary or management fee on top.
  • $150 per seat per month for the workspace.

For example: if a similar role in the US would cost you $8,000 a month in salary, your service rate could be around $2,000, plus $150 for the seat. That is an illustration, not a quote.

Everything is agreed in writing before you start, including what the rate covers.
